"Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I only asked Marieldrys for a quote for my company’s insurance, but without my authorization they enrolled my business into a policy. Months later I received a letter from State Farm saying I owed $3,470 immediately. When I contacted Marieldrys (the person who gave me the quote), she completely disappeared stopped answering phone calls and emails. Then Michael Fletcher got involved, told me “nothing was wrong” and that it would be fixed. It never was. Instead, I received a call from a collection agency saying my company was in collections because of this issue, which is now going to affect my credit. Michael then stopped answering my calls as well and tried to shift the blame by demanding that I “prove” I had other insurance. I don’t need to prove anything, their mistake caused this entire situation. Michael Fletcher is unprofessional, evasive, and dishonest. This office caused serious damage to my business and credit. Avoid this place at all costs."

"I am writing this on behalf of my older parents and the absolute horrible service they received with Joey! My parents went into the office to discuss insurance, met with Joey. One home and thinking of more questions, they reached out to Joey, no response. My mom called State Farm corporate office who connected my mom with the office, the person identified herself as the office manager was rude to my mother and upset my mom called corporate. Again no response from Joey. My mom then sent an email to Michael Fletcher about their insurance, no response! My parents contacted a different State Farm agent and changed agent of record. Come to find out , Joey never added the mortgage company and the mortgage company was going to put forced insurance on my parents, they did not put my dad as a policy owner , just my mom This agent and his office are not customer service oriented at least not in this case. My parents received a formal letter of apology from State Farm- nothing from Michael Fletcher or Joey or the rude office manager!!"
